"Member" refers to any business entity that registers and is accepted for membership in the community.

"Content" means any information, text, graphics, or other materials uploaded, downloaded, or appearing on the community platform.

"Platform" refers to the online tools, services, and infrastructure provided as part of the community.

3. Membership

Membership is subject to approval by Tech Eco Hub Ltd administrators.

Members must be legally recognized business entities.

Membership fees, if any, are due as per the agreed terms.

4. Use of the Platform

Members agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Platform.

Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other member, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the community.

5. Intellectual Property

Members retain all rights to their intellectual property. However, by sharing content, members grant the community a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and distribute the content in any existing or future media.

Members must respect the intellectual property rights of others and may not use content that infringes upon another party's intellectual property rights.

6. Marketing Consent

By becoming a member of the Tech Eco Hub community, you grant us permission to use your business name and logo in our marketing materials, including but not limited to our website, social media channels, and promotional campaigns, to showcase our community partnerships.

7. Disclaimers

The community does not endorse any content posted by members and expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with such content.

The community may contain links to external websites that are not provided or maintained by or in any way affiliated with Tech Eco Hub Ltd.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tech Eco Hub Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the service.

9. Privacy Policy

Member's privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and when we share personal information and other data with third parties.

10. Renewal and Termination

Membership will auto renew on an annual basis. 

Membership may be terminated by either party with written notice at least 30 days before the annual renewal date.

Tech Eco Hub Ltd reserves the right to terminate a membership if a member fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

Tech Eco Hub Ltd reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
